7246 Narrow Cylinder Bed Compound Walking Foot Industrial Leather Sewing Machine
With its consistent seam quality and sharp-curve sewing function, the JUKI DSC Series of cylinder-bed, 1-needle, unison-feed, lock-stitch machines has earned an outstanding reputation. Years ago Chinese Juki DSC-246 clone began appearing, however, we cannot find reliable machine! This is why we got involved in accomplish quality. With each machine we sell, our field engineers completely rebuild the machine and replace poor quality parts, we then test sew the machine over and over again to insure the machine will work flawlessly in production situations. This insures that you get a properly tested, adjusted, and ready to run solution out of the crate.
The 7246 features a narrow cylinder arm which is great for sewing into hard to reach areas, corners, gussets or sewing cylindrical products such as leather bags.
1. The small cylinder bed has an outstanding ability to sew small curves smoothly, ideal for sewing into tight areas and insides of leather bags, shoes and other small articles;
2. The compound walking-foot (alternating presser feet + needle feed + feed dog) provides optimal feed efficiency by feeding heavy materials smoothly and firmly;
3. The double-capacity hook accommodates thread twice as long as that for a standard hook. It also reduces the frequency of bobbin thread replacement, thereby enabling the operator to smoothly conduct sewing with a higher degree of efficiency;
4. The open sewing area around the cylinder arm makes it easy to turn and maneuver the product being sewn without having to fold or roll the product;
5. This heavy duty leather sewing machine is particularly user-friendly due to the Kinedyne HM-750SH low speed servo motor that allows slow, controlled stitching. It makes sewing detailed work much easier;
6. The automatic needle UP and DOWN needle positioning synchronizer makes it easy to control the machine, even when sewing complicated seams.
Applications: bags, shoes, chaps, jackets, vests, belts, upholstery, saddlebags, boots as well as automobile and boat covers, sails, tents, awnings, luggage, orthopaedic appliances, sports equipment and more.
